Rent is $500 per month for normal sites and $550 per month for premiums sites (#1, 2, and 9 only), with a six (6) month minimum commitment. Water and sewage are paid by the park. Additional utilities are the tenant’s responsibility. Generators may not be run except for emergency and routine maintenance. There is a $20 deposit for each Gate Remote and a $20 deposit for each mailbox key. Smoking is not permitted in the clubhouse. Parking is not permitted on the street. Alterations to sites may be permitted with management approval.

Approval Criteria

• No Evictions
• No foreclosures dated after December 2015
• No felony convictions
• Positive rental history
• Maximum of three (3) pets allowed per household subject to management approval of breed and temperament
• Positive background check

Any misrepresentation on this application shall constitute grounds for denial. Misrepresentation on this application discovered after move-in shall constitute grounds for eviction. This park does not permit the use of illegal drugs, and violation of this policy shall constitute grounds for eviction.
